Burnout

Question: I think I have a severe case of job burnout because I dread, dread, dread going to work every day. I desperately want to quit but I live in a small town and there are not very many jobs where I live. Plus, I am just two years away from a really nice retirement if I can hold on. Do you have any career advice for me?
